1. Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

In its original, unworn, and unwashed condition.

In the original packaging with all tags attached.

Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase.

2. Return Timeframe

You have 14 days from the date you receive your item to initiate a return.

3. Non-returnable Items

For health and hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

Any item marked as "Final Sale."

4. How to Initiate a Return

Please follow these steps to return an item:

Contact our customer service team at mrswindress@outlook.com within the 14-day return period. Please provide your order number and the item(s) you wish to return.

We will provide you with a Return Authorization and instructions on where to send your package.

Ship the item(s) to the address we provide. We recommend using a trackable shipping service. The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to our error (e.g., you received a defective or incorrect item).

5. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund.

Timing: If your return is approved, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days. A credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.

Deductions: Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable. In the case of a return that does not meet the eligibility criteria above, we may not be able to issue a refund, or a partial refund may be issued at our discretion.

Sale Items: Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

6. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. The fastest way to get an item you want is to return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the correct item on our website.

7. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

We take great care in preparing your orders. However, if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at mrswindress@outlook.com with your order number and photos of the product and/or packaging. We will cover all shipping costs associated with the return and replacement of such items.
