Refund/Return Policy
We hope you love what you ordered — but if something’s not quite right, we’re here to make it right.
Returns
If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, you can request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, items must be:
Unworn and unused
In their original condition and packaging
With all tags still attached
To start a return, just email us at lingerieoffer@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We'll guide you through the process.
Please note: We do not cover return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or there was a mistake on our end.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll let you know if the refund has been approved. If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–14 business days.
Please note: Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Exchanges
At this time, we don’t offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, we recommend returning the original and placing a new order.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Received the wrong item or something arrived damaged? So sorry about that! Please email us at lingerieoffer@gmail.com within 3 days of receiving your order, along with a photo of the issue. We’ll sort it out right away.
