1. Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays) after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.

6. Delivery Address
Please ensure your shipping address is 100% correct and complete at the time of checkout. Mrs. Windress is not responsible for packages lost, delayed, or delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, reshipping fees will apply.
7. What If My Package Is Delayed or Lost?
While delivery estimates are generally reliable, occasional delays can happen due to weather, carrier issues, or customs hold-ups.

Lost in Transit: If your tracking information has not updated for an extended period (e.g., over 10 business days), please contact us at mrswindress@outlook.com. We will open an investigation with the shipping carrier on your behalf.
